Base package or basic
equipment level ensure that the house complies with the passive house standard,
containing ventilation with heat-recovery element. The house is heated with electricity
by heating up air directed into the house (heating cost: ca 1000 kroons a
year). Hot water is produced with an electric boiler. The building has a water
toilet. Wastewater and electricity solution requires connection to external
networks.

Solar package integrates
the devices for the production of heating, ventilation and hot water, ensuring
maximum productivity of the system at minimum use of resources. The equipment
includes a compact device that includes ventilation, heating and hot water that
is controlled by indoor and outdoor climate parameters. Solar collectors used
for the production of hot water are also connected to it. For heating of the
building and consumption water can be used either tank gas (heating cost: ca 33
litres a year, consumption for production of hot water ca 77 litres a year) or
a small co-generation plant.

Power package enables to
build the house in locations where a connection to an external infrastructure
network is not possible or is more expensive than an independent solution. This
also ensures that the building complies with the criteria of zero energy house.
The package includes a 1.56 kW solar power station, a battery pack 19.2 kW,
inverter 2.2 kW (max 5.7 kW), automatically triggered 3kW backup
generator/co-generation plant and a control panel with visual output. The
inclusion of a wind generator in the system depends on the location and the
possible wind resource. Power package is dimensioned to work together with the
Solar package.

Water package provides
independence from water and wastewater networks. The solution consists of
rainwater collectors, water purifier and a separating and composting toilet. An
180 litre tank is installed for drinking water. The capacity of the water
purifier is a maximum of 200 litres a day. The minimum average amount of
collected rainwater is 30 m³ a year.

|
Smart package includes
automation and a communication system that enables to centrally control and
manage the equipment for operating the building. Among others, the building can
be switched into standby mode and the whole building can be remotely controlled
(by SMS or PC).
