Passive house

The price of Elumaja as a turn-key project starts from the cost of the basic module (complies with the passive house standard).  The basic level house module delivered as a turnkey project can be additionally supplemented by special solutions requested by the customer in terms of space division and interior finishing materials.

The price of Elumaja that corresponds to the passive house standard includes heat-returning ventilation with a heating element. The house is heated by warming up the incoming air with electricity. Hot water is produced with an electric boiler. There is a water closet in the house. Sewerage and electricity solutions require joining the general grid. The house can be customised concerning ground plan and  finishing materials based on the customer's wishes. All packages can be added to the house.
  
Zero-energy house

We are offering a range of packages that enable Elumaja to meet the requirements of a zero-energy house and simplify the ordering of other special solutions. Packages can be combined with each other and add to them other special solutions.

The price of Elumaja that corresponds to the passive house standard and is equiped with zero-energy solutions includes solar heating system, energy producing solar panels, a wind mill and batteries.

* the electrical heating tariff used in the calculations is 0,1 EUR/kWh.
